Livadia villa is a part of a villa complex. Stepping inside you'll find an inviting open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a 32” smart TV, air conditioning and Wifi, all seamlessly integrated to create the perfect setting for relaxation and comfort.

It can accommodate up to 4 people in its two bedrooms, one double and one twin.. You’ll also find two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and a shower and the other with a jetted tub and a shower. A baby cot is also available upon request. A 5th person can sleep in an extra bed. There is also a washer and an iron for your exclusive use.

Stepping outside where a 13x3m pool (with a kids’ pool section) awaits, you’ll be invited to bask in the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy refreshing dips at your leisure. With panoramic views of the sea stretching out before you, the outdoor space of our villa is the perfect spot to unwind and savor the beauty of the surroundings. There is also an electric BBQ and an outdoor shower for your exclusive use.

Location

Livadia villa is located at the south west part of Chania prefecture near the village of Livadia.

The nearest beach is only 950 meters away, while the nearest sandy beach, Stomio beach, is only a 10-minute drive. One of the most famous beaches, Elafonissi, is only 20 minutes away. It’s like paradise on earth and has a wonderful beach with pink coral sand and crystalline waters. It is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. It will make your vacation stay unforgettable.

The village tavern is within walking distance from the villa, while there are several others 10-20 minutes away.

Located not far from the villa, the Agia Irini Gorge is a popular hiking destination. It offers a less crowded alternative to the more famous yet further away from the villa Samaria Gorge, with equally stunning natural beauty.

Other sites you may enjoy, include Paleochora village, Agia Sofia Cave, Kedrodasos Beach, Monastery of Chrysoskalitissa and many others.

Our stay in Villa Livadia was more than disappointing. I mean the location is great but the villa is in such bad shape that you can’t ask for 2300 euros per week The week before we were in a fancy hotel for the same amount . I have been staying in villas in France or Italy for the same price, they were impeccable, modern, refurnished places and not the old-fashioned run down house from the 80ies y... more

Huge beautiful swimming pool very well cleaned each day. We appreciated our stay. The house we rent had two bedrooms. This villa could have 5 stars if it had more cutlery & plates and if the air conditionner was less loud. The villa is well situated and has a wonderful sea view.
