Breathtaking sea view at Villa Livadia with private pool 20m from Elafonisi beach

This home has a cozy character with a private atmosphere, really quiet location, if you want to escape from the craziness of your life. It’s fantastic to have your own private pool to jump in, in case you don’t want to drive to some of the beautiful nearby beaches. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Der Blick auf das Meer ist erstklassig . Wir haben dort wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Our stay in Villa Livadia was more than disappointing. I mean the location is great but the villa is in such bad shape that you can’t ask for 2300 euros per week The week before we were in a fancy hotel for the same amount . Huge beautiful swimming pool very well cleaned each day. We appreciated our stay. The house we rent had two bedrooms. This villa could have 5 stars if it had more cutlery & plates and if the air conditionner was less loud. The villa is well situated and has a wonderful sea view.

Séjour au calme et avec une super piscine La maison est au calme et permet de se reposer en profitant d’une belle vue. La piscine est très confortable et bien entretenue. La maison est agréable même si elle parait moins bien entretenue (fuites d’eau).

We had a wonderful stay at villa Livadia. The house belongs to a complex of 7 / 8 villas (villas Amygdalia) with a small taverna where you can have breakfasts and diners. The villa Livadia is a bit apart, and thus really calm. It has a beautiful view with amazing sunsets. The pool is nice and clean and the water was fresh but still warm enough to swim in (mid of October). Our kids enjoyed it a lot... more

The Livadia villa is a nice house with a beautiful view, overlooking the seaside, every evening a spectacular sunset. It's far away from tourist activities, which we enjoyed. We also enjoy the large pool. The owner family was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location, beautiful views, easy and quick access (10 min drive) to Elafonisi Beach, relatively close to the airport (an hour drive through the mountains), lot's of good tavernas with tasty food around.
