Kimothoe villa is a part of a villa complex located at Livadia village. In the interior you'll find a spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living room with a 32” smart TV, air conditioning and Wifi.

It can accommodate up to 9 people in its four bedrooms: on the ground floor there is one bedroom with 3 single beds and ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, on the first floor two more bedrooms are located, both with a double bed and ensuite bathrooms.. A baby cot is also available upon request. There is also a washer and an iron for your exclusive use. An extra person can sleep in a folding bed.

Stepping outside where a large 14x3,5m pool awaits (with a kids pool section), you’ll be invited to relax under the sun and enjoy refreshing dips at your leisure. With panoramic views of the sea stretching out before you, the outdoor space of our villa is the perfect spot to unwind and savor the beauty of the surroundings. There is also an electric BBQ and an outdoor shower for your exclusive use.
