Upon check in, into the property, the Guest is responsible for depositing a Security Deposit Amount as a Security for the Owner/Caretaker of the property, that the Guest will comply with all the terms and conditions of his booking.
The Security Deposit will be given by the Guest on the arrival day cash or by providing his/her credit card details to the land lord. Upon Guests check-out date, the Owner/Caretaker will inspect and document the condition of the Guests stay at the property and follow one of the bellow two actions.
If the Tenant has complied with all terms of his booking and returns the property to the Owner/Caretaker in the same good condition as when the Guest moved into the property, the Owner/Caretaker will return the total amount of the Security Deposit.
In the case of damages caused by the Guest while staying in the property, The Owner/Caretaker may use the Security Deposit to pay for damages.
If the Guest breaks or otherwise violates his booking prior to the official check-out date, the Owner/Caretaker may be able to keep all or part of this Security Deposit to cover unpaid rent
The heated pool service must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
Please note that the temperature of the heated pool can raise approximately 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
