Brand New Villa Semeli in Rethymnon

We’ve been in the villa for 5 days, the communication with Manos and Andreas was amazing. Both were very helpful, very friendly and answered within several hours. The villa was super clean and we had everything that we needed. The villa is located in a calm area and we really enjoyed the stay there! You can easily go by car to near places and nice beaches! This villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. This villa has amazing views and the pool was the perfect size for our family of 5 and was so warm even at 11.30 pm, which was beautiful. The hosts were super helpful and recommended some lovely beaches and restaurants in the local area, which didn’t disappoint! Stayed at Villa Semeli from 6th to 17th September with family and to be honest I could think of lots of positives about our stay but not a single negative. The owners went out of their way and were always on hand to answer any questions or to provide extra towels etc. The location is very peaceful and within walking distance to 2 very nice Tavernas. We had a wonderful time at Villa Semeli. We truly didn’t want to leave. The children’s pool was amazing and such a benefit. The facilities at the villa was great. We needed an additional fan downstairs and it arrived the same day. The owner was available when we needed help or assistance. We had a very good stay in the Semeli villa with a private swimmingpool wich was cleaned every morning. There was a small supermarkt and a bakery in the village near the main road, about 5 minutes by car.

Quiet, private and beautiful This villa is outstanding! Very secure with an electronic gate and when you're by the pool it is very private. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. The villa is very nice and the swimming pool was used quite a lot. There was no welcome pack as promised. It lacked basics such as salt, pepper, washing powder, dish washer powder etc. The central heating wasn't working in one of the rooms, it took several days and a number of phone calls before it was addressed and fixed. Villa Semeli has been a wonderful experience. Just one year old it is extremely well equipped with all the modern conveniences and enclosed grounds with parking. It is located in a quiet village and offers stunning views of the countryside from the privacy of its grounds whether having breakfast on the upper terrace, lunch on the lower terrace or simply lounging by the pool. We stayed for a week in this villa. It's spacious, well finished, nice pool and BBQ, about a mile from the sea. Taverna Poliou in the village is a hidden gem. (posted on tripadvisor)
