Newly built villa Kantifes only 7 km from beach and private pool with views

Excellent accomodation - our expectations were fully fulfilled. Kitchen with top equipment, bathrooms absolutely suitable for four persons, comfortable beds wonderful pool with great view to the sea Our host, Elena, was very generous and friendly. In summary, we were very satisfied and can absolutely recommend this holiday house

Great place with an amazing back deck / pool with fantastic views. Very clean and highly recommend.

Our stay was great! Elena was very helpful (her mother even took in a kitten that a cat had left in front of the house). The villa is beautiful and the views are truly amazing. We would come back any time!

Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije beheerders. Goede zorg en aandacht, af en toe ook een lekkere Moessaka huisgemaakt meegebracht. Echt geweldig! Mooi uitzicht, rustige nachten en heerlijke plek.

Die Lage und Qualität der Villa sind top. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Elena. Wir hatten mehrfach das Vergnügen, tolle und frische lokale Speisen direkt ins Haus gebracht zu bekommen. Hätten wir ansonsten irgendwas gebraucht... Wir hätten es sicher bekommen! :)

The villa is exactly as displayed in the pictures. The pool was lovely with clear clean water. Elena the Host, was amazing. She waited for our late arrival and had left many items and treats in the house , not only on arrival but throughout the week. We had a lovely stay and Elena and her husband were the perfect hosts! She reacted immediately when we asked something. She even went beyond by giving us fresh fruits and vegetables and self made food. When we told her that the pans were not good to cook in, she provided perfect new ones. Hier hat wirklich alles gepasst! Die Lage des Hauses, die Ausstattung, Pool … überall funktionierende Klimaanlage und eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit Wein, Obst und Käse versorgt hat! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort!

Wonderful home and would certainly go back

Elena was such a great host! The accommodation is really perfect - a beautiful pool with view on the sea, great located for excursions and very well equipped. I can really recommend Elena and also here lovely place to everyone! We got a traditional Musaka and self made wine from here (sooo tasty!) We'd love to come back.

Die Villa ist echt toll und hat alles, was man so benötigt. Insbesondere die herzliche Art von Elena und ihrer Familie. Einfach ohne Ankündigung stand der Mann von ihr mit einem von der Großmutter gemachten Moussaka vor der Tür. Zum Abschluss gab es noch kleine Geschenke. Sehr herzlich alle.

Wir wurden von den Gastgeber sehr gut empfangen und eingewiesen. Elena brachte uns auch aus eigener Ernte Melonen, Eier, Gurken und Tomaten. Sogar ein Moussaka brachte sie vorbei. Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel erfolgten nach unseren Wünschen. Für unseren 3 jährigen Enkel war auch alles bestens bereit (Bett, Hochstuhl, Ball, Strandeimer, Schwimmtier…) . The pictures of the house correspond to reality. It is furnished with high-quality equipment and the view is simply fantastic. Amazing Villa with a stunning view!! The property is located in the immediate vicinity of Rethymno, with a lovely old town and lots of delicious restaurants. The host Elena was very responsive and was a very friendly host.

We had a pleasant stay at Elena's villa. Everything worked out perfectly and we always got help and could contact Elena or Manos if needed. We enjoyed our days in Crete a lot and explored many beaches and the mountains - but we also stayed in late sometimes to soak up some sun next to the pool and had fun in the evenings with some music, drinks and games that we played on the terrace. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful villa. Everything about it was perfect. It has amazing views down to the sea. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets we had ever seen. We are a family of five and spent one week in the villa. Elena and her family made the stay excellent with their warm hospitality and good communication. We were greeted with welcome snacks and when we left we got farewell gifts. Elena’s mother in law even made us excellent Moussaka. The villa is new and well equipped. The views from the villa are amazing, especially at sunset. Highly recommended!

We went to Villa Kantifes from the UK; 4 adults and an 18 month old. We had such a great time! We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The surroundings are amazing: Villa Katifes together with a second villa (Kantifes) is planted in the middle of the olive tree fields, on a hillside which offers breathtaking, panoramic views.
