Pros: nice house, very nice pool and outdoor areas. All the rooms have balconies. Peaceful Cons: beds were soft. Bathrooms: hard to keep the water in the showers / baths

Vue magnifique. Maison tres spacieuse. Confort et équipements exceptionnels. L'emplacement est parfait, retiré et au calme mais à proximité des commerces, des plages et des restaurants. Merci aussi à Eva qui a été disponible pour repondre à nos questions et à son papa qui a arrosé le jardin et nettoyé la piscine avec une grande discretion.

Great location. Everything you could need. Fab airtcinfor when it was very hot. Great for families or two couples. Super attentive owner who looked after our every need. Best shower being on the ground floor. Only one bedroom with ensuite w.c.

We had an amazing stay! Very responsive to any queries we had, extremely friendly and gave us lots of information of things to do. The house is beautiful, very private, so much space, beautiful views and lots to do locally. Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely villa - great location and Eva was very helpful with all her suggestions for local places to visit and restaurants to visit. This villa is great for a group of friends or a large family. The place gives a feeling of space. We were 6 adults and we really enjoyed the pool and the bbq area every day. The location is perfect for getting to Rethymno easily, and there is a supermarket very close by. We recommend this place which, although expensive, works well if you are numerous. We would be happy to return another year.

The villa itself was immaculate. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and there was extra bedding if needed. Being a family of 5, it was so helpful that there were A LOT of fresh towels for us to use, including pool towels which saved on suitcase space. This place is amazing. It’s so large so perfect for big groups of people but without getting in each others way. It’s got so many social areas to sit and eat aswell. Everything was tidy and clean and the hosts were helpful and welcoming and responded to any queries at any point. Six of us stayed for a week and were very comfortable. The accommodation was clean and nicely presented. One of the bathrooms (a wet room) was difficult to use and impossible to dry, otherwise the rooms were ok. Based on the photos, we expected the pool to be bigger. i must remember to ask the dimensions in future. Nice outside space and BBQ area.

The place is beautifully situated on a hill about 1km from the sea with amazing views of the old city of Rethymno.
