Candice villa has been built in 1400 but fully rebuilt in 2012 with large open areas and a large 40 square meter swimming pool. The property is fenced with high walls ensuring your privacy and safety. Outside you can find comfortable sofas, umbrellas and sun beds. So a BBQ area is available to enjoy your meals. The views from Candice villa are breathtaking, where you can see the Aegean Sea and the largest mountain of Crete, mount Psiloritis. Candice villa interior is 470 square meters ensuring comfort and it pleases with its stylish traditional design with lots of stone arches, vaults, tunnels and more. The living room has a satellite TV, Internet WIFI, comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace. Next to it you can find a wooden table. You can also go outside on a large terrace with open views. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Candice villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in its four spacious double bedrooms, two of them have en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms have two additional single beds each and large windows. Last but not least, parking and safe are available.
