On the ground floor you’ll find apartments Ganymede and Calisto.
On the west side of Moonlight Villa by the pool terrace, Ganymede studio apartment boasts a cozy living room with a small bedroom featuring a double bed, a corner couch, and a convertible chair for a single bed. There is also a loft bed above the bathroom ceiling where a child can sleep in. Ganymede can accommodate a total of 4 people. The large window overlooks the tranquil back garden, while a smaller one faces the sea.
Callisto offers a cozy living space with a fireplace, corner sofa, and an open-plan kitchen. Expansive verandas provide an outdoor dining area and pool bar. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master double bedroom connects to front verandas and the outdoor pool. It shares a handicapped-accessible bathroom with a second bedroom, featuring Double bed & one pull-out single bed. The third bedroom has Two wall-mounted and folded bunk beds (1 adult or 2 kids)and ensuite bathroom. And the 4th has has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A separate entrance off the main living area leads to a fourth bedroom with foldable bunk beds and its private bathroom. Callisto is handicapped-accessible, featuring a fully wheelchair-accessible bathroom and flat ground floor access. It can accommodate up to 9 people.
On the first floor you’ll find Europa and Io apartments.
Europa is accessed through a private entrance on the ground floor patio of Moonlight Villa. It features a three-faced fireplace, dining area and a kitchen with modern amenities, including an ice maker, wine cooler, indoor grill, double oven, and dual gas/electric cook-top. They connect to a covered outdoor patio. There is also a terrace featuring a hot tub.
The residence includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with sea views. The master bedroom, in the southeast corner, has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with lounges. The second bedroom on the west side offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. A third bathroom, with a whirlpool tub and separate hydro-massage shower is also available to guests. It can accommodate up to 7 people.
Io features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two verandas. The master bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, offers beautiful southwestern views of the sea and surrounding landscape. The second room facing the garden serves as both a living room and bedroom, equipped with a sofa bed and bunk beds to accommodate up to 4 additional guests.
The back terrace has a shaded pergola, lounges, BBQ, outdoor kitchen and dining table. Io is a handicapped-accessible residence, featuring a fully wheelchair-accessible bathroom and elevator access. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The villa is idyllic for big families and big groups of friends with the capacity to host events, small group conferences, weddings, anniversaries etc.
