The dining area is host to a large, elegant table and 12 dining chairs, illuminated by a beautiful ceiling lamp. An elevator in the living and dining area provides easy access to all floors. Villa Nereid has a trendy, modern kitchen with direct access to an outside seating area with spectacular garden and sea views. The kitchen has a built-in oven and smooth electric stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, two large fridges with freezers, a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer, a kettle, and even a 32 "flat-screen TV. Kitchen utensils, dinnerware , and cleaning products are also provided.A guest toilet lies adjacent to the kitchen. The luxury villa's master suite is home to a double bed with bedside cabinets, floor-to-ceiling balcony windows leading to a spacious private terrace, a stylish sitting area with a beautiful sea view, as well as a 42 "TV and a workspace with a desk The large wardrobe has a safe box, and the en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower, and a private balcony The second suite offers much the same, except the bathroom does not have a shower or balcony. are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 standard bedrooms with a shared bathroom.These bedrooms each have 2 single beds, which can be pushed together to serve as doubles. On the lower floor of the private villa, there is a gym space with a treadmill and home gym equipment including wall ropes and a weights system with an adjustable smart dumbbell set. There are sun-loungers, open-air showers, and a covered sitting area with a ceiling swing chair.
