A trendy, fully equipped luxury holiday villa Kokomo Thea overlooking the idyllic bay of Lygaria, Crete.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht und die Unterkunft sind toll. Leider haben im Oktober schon einige Restaurants geschlossen und der Pool ist kalt. Ansonsten würden wir aber wieder kommen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Unsere Erwartungen wurden zu 100% erfüllt.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Pool aus, wunderschön! Es stand alles zur Verfügung, was man benötigt. Wirklich sehr gut organisiert und wir waren rund um versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Few places I’ve stayed exceed expectations. This was one of them. We arrived a few hours late with easy adjustments made by the staff. In addition, my spouse, who had just had surgery in Istanbul, needed a medical follow-up appointment before our return to the States. The appointment was made for us, which made things much easier for us. A marvelous experience!

The Villa is beautiful, very smart and furnished to a very high standard! It is in relatively quiet location which suited us as an older couple. We had the most amazing stay at this villa. We had great communication from Manos leading up to our stay and Margarita was so helpful on check in; she made a reservation for us at a local restaurant and even organised a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday! Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt zum abschalten. Sie sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist Super man kann zu Fuß aus 2 tolle Strände erreichen. Vom Pool aus genießt man eine schöne Aussicht Richtung Meer. Kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely stay here and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Our flight was delayed and we were still able to check in late around 12.30am with no trouble at all. Wir haben unsere Woche Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das war sensationell ausgestattet und es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das beste war aber die Lage inkl. dem Infinity-Pool zur Bucht. Dieses Haus können wir wirklich nur empfehlen!!!

We had the perfect stay at Kokomo Villas, a quiet retreat with a great view from the infinity pool (you can watch the sun rise over the sea if you wake up early enough). The kitchen was fully kitted out and a pleasure to cook in. The rest of the flat is beautiful and we can only recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Kokomo Villas! One of the most relaxing and beautiful places we have ever stayed. Even though we arrived very late due to a delayed plane, the staff were nice enough to stay up late to show us around. I had a wonderful stay at Villa Thea! The place was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Would definitely stay here again. This Villa is roughly 25 minutes from Downtown Heraklion and about 2 hours from Chania. The pool was a little chilly so we were unable to go in. Overall loved our stay with Villa Thea.

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. The communication with the host(s) was perfect and everything was well organised. Approximately 30min away from Heraklion in the north. Approximately 3hrs to Balos Beach or Elafonissi. We really enjoyed our stay there and the villa is highly recommended.

Everything was pretty good. Very nice villa near located to a small beach which is not crowded. If you prefer to stay in the villa you have a very nice pool and places to enjoy the sun. Supermarket is nearby as well if you dont have a car. Service was excellent - lot of nice tips for restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful luxurious villa with great view! Besides the warm hospitality, we also enjoyed a variety of great options with things to do. Manos provided us with a link to our personal guide, where we could book massages, a privater trainer, and many other things. We can highly recommend the Villa, especially for longer vacations!

Very nice and new location with a stunning view. It would be good to have some more protection (maybe plants) to the left and right side of the pool and a kind of wall towards the parking slot to guarantee more privacy.
