Great location, great views! Manos and Despina were both extremely helpful. We went the first week of October and it was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim. Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance with lots of restaurant options.

We had a perfect 7 night stay here. It’s a beautiful place in a great location. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. We can’t wait to return.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Villa Thea.. it was even better than it looked in the photos and the infinity pool with view down to the beach was stunning.. Few places I’ve stayed exceed expectations. This was one of them. We arrived a few hours late with easy adjustments made by the staff. In addition, my spouse, who had just had surgery in Istanbul, needed a medical follow-up appointment before our return to the States. The appointment was made for us, which made things much easier for us. A marvelous experience!

We had great communication from Manos leading up to our stay and Margarita was so helpful on check in; she made a reservation for us at a local restaurant and even organised a cake for my boyfriend’s birthday! We had the perfect stay at Kokomo Villas, a quiet retreat with a great view from the infinity pool (you can watch the sun rise over the sea if you wake up early enough). The kitchen was fully kitted out and a pleasure to cook in. The rest of the flat is beautiful and we can only recommend a stay here!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Thea! The place was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Would definitely stay here again. This Villa is roughly 25 minutes from Downtown Heraklion and about 2 hours from Chania. The pool was a little chilly so we were unable to go in. Overall loved our stay with Villa Thea.

Everything was pretty good. Very nice villa near located to a small beach which is not crowded. If you prefer to stay in the villa you have a very nice pool and places to enjoy the sun. Supermarket is nearby as well if you dont have a car. Service was excellent - lot of nice tips for restaurants and beaches.

Very nice and new location with a stunning view. It would be good to have some more protection (maybe plants) to the left and right side of the pool and a kind of wall towards the parking slot to guarantee more privacy.
