Villa Theta is a traditional stone- built country villa to rent for your holidays in western Crete, close to famous beaches and sights and can accommodate from 4-8 guests. Villa Theta is the outcome of a successful combination of a traditional Cretan house and modern holiday living where high-end materials, exposed stone walls with arches and soft neutral or pastel shades create a very stylish ambience. The natural beauty of the interior and exterior spaces is framed by original art pieces like paintings, old iron ceramic and wooden objects discovered and preserved in the construction phase. Villa Theta is a restored residence that dates back to 1890 and was fully renovated and restored in 2018 with absolute respect to the history of the building and the landscape surrounding the villa, to provide all modern comforts and facilities. The main house of 140m2 holds 2 floors; the ground level has a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room and a living room with minimalist armchairs and sofas as well as a TV and sound system. The first floor hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bath and 1 separate bathroom. There is a separate guest house that hosted the old stables with its own kitchenette, double bed, sofa bed, living room and a hidden private yard. The cozy outdoor courtyard of Villa Theta, which is dominated by a stone made swimming pool, is surrounded by tall stone walls that offer complete privacy and seclusion. It includes a charming outdoor kitchen - a BBQ with a wooden dining table for 12 people, a garden, and many corners for reading and relaxing.
