The large open-plan living area on the ground floor of this holiday villa is furnished with soft, comfortable seating and boasts a romantic open fireplace. The vacation rental’s dining area seats 8 guests and there is a fully equipped kitchen area with all the required appliances including an oven, ceramic top cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Large glass sliding doors offer an extensive view of the sea and mountains.
This beautiful holiday rental has 3 bedrooms spread on two floors. The first floor is home to 2 bedrooms. The first one is a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with exceptional views, and a separate shower and Jacuzzi. The second large bedroom has twin beds that can be joined and a large ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have sliding glass doors leading out to balconies.
On the lower ground floor, the holiday villa’s third bedroom has twin beds and ample fitted wardrobes. The sliding glass doors provide access to a private courtyard garden that leads to the swimming pool terrace. There is also a large spa bathroom on this level, boasting a steam shower, sauna, and mini gym.
Guests will revel in the splendour of their surroundings at the luxurious Almyra Residence holiday accommodation. The private villa offers a spacious outdoor area including a shaded wooden patio with sofas, a large, heated swimming pool, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There is a dining table and chairs for outdoor dining and a fully equipped charcoal barbeque. There is also private parking and 24-hour security on the premises.
The luxury villa rental offers amenities including air-conditioning throughout, wireless broadband internet, a music system with individual room controls, satellite TV, and a safe deposit box. Hairdryers, bathrobes, bath towels, pool towels, luxury toiletries, and slippers are provided, and there is an iron, ironing board, and washing machine available. House cleaning is provided 5 days per week.
