Words like luxury and deluxe fall short in describing Pandis Palace. Perhaps the only word that transmutes the qualities of this court is the Greek word “aristocracy”, which means “the ruling of excellence”. And it makes perfect sense, since ancient Greek elements infiltrate every inch of Pandis Palace.

Extensive use of Dionissos marble, Greek columns , gold, even caryatids grace the walls and floors of the house, traveling 2,500 years back in time. Of course, modern comforts are there to make sure you have everything - and we mean everything - you might need.

On the ground floor there are three big lounges with Greek style columns , golden decorations and a carved fireplace. Three gold-plated chandeliers grace the ceiling. The dining room is the continuation of the living room, with arched windows, a very large chandelier and luxurious carved furniture. Apart from the main stove in the kitchen there is a built-in gas 4-rings hob. The house features 6 very big bedrooms: 4 on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. 2 extra people can sleep in sofa beds. All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with hydromassage, balcony and view to the sea or the garden. There is a royal 28 sq. m. bathroom with round spa bathtub surrounded by 5 arched windows, 4 old Greek columns, double sink and two very big gold plate chandeliers

The garden surrounding the villa is full of trees and flowers, with a private heated pool being the central element. All around, you can find, benches and hammocks to sit and enjoy your food. Marble runways unite all parts of the garden. Near the BBQ there is a beautiful pergola with a dining area. There is also a new gas BBQ and a pizza oven.
