The Imperium Villas complex, consisting of Esperia and Ostria Villa, is located in Kato Galatas, Chania, on the Greek island of Crete. The holiday home is designed with luxurious, open spaces and elegant furniture and finishes, giving it a restful yet refined atmosphere.
Each Villa is a fashionable holiday rental with 2 contemporary living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the lower ground. Each is furnished with stylish and comfortable seating, a 50” Smart TV/HDTV with satellite, premium cable, movie channels (NETFLIX, Disney+, prime video, Rakuten TV), stereo, air conditioning, a Playstation 4 game console, books, and backgammon.
The open-plan design of each floor leads from the living rooms to their respective dining areas, each furnished with a lovely, large table and plenty of seating. This leads to each floor’s contemporary kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and capsules, baby high chair, kettle, sandwich griller, multi-purpose grater, kitchen utensils.
A welcome pack is provided for guests including water, juice, toast, honey, cake, fruits, coffee, cheese, turkey, Imperium extra virgin olive oil, feta, raki, and Imperium Luxury Villas’ very own white wine. Cleaning services and fresh linens are provided every other day.
Each Villa sleeps up to 12 guests (24 in total), 2 of them sleep on a sofa bed, the others in 5 spacious and airy bedrooms that are filled with light. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, satellite TV, air-con, balcony, and ample closet space. There is also a baby cot if required. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with 2 additional bathrooms also available. Hair dryers, toiletries, towels, and bathrobes are provided for visitors. Additionally, each villa has a fitness room, sauna, and Jacuzzi hot tub.
The appealing exterior of each holiday lodging features spectacular views of the city of Chania and the White Mountains. Outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool, poolside and shaded seating, an outdoor shower, a built-in BBQ and gas grill, an al fresco dining area, a sauna and Jacuzzi, a children’s play area, soccer goal and soccer balls, pool balls and inflatables, and table football. The villa offers garage parking for 6 vehicles.
