Perfection has the name Efzin, waterfront villa

Efzin is a luxurious Villa, located in Tersanas village just a few kilometers away from the beautiful city of Chania. While this is a spectacular 465m2 seafront villa, that can host up to 8 guests to unwind, is also the perfect retreat for an eventful luxury vacation.

The main living space consists of four elegantly and cleverly separated areas (two sitting areas, one office area and a dining area). Yet somehow it does not feel like you are indoors, rather like the sea is just an arm’s length away, due to the big arched balcony doors and windows all around. At the center of the main living area, a stage-like round wooden deck with huge curtains falling from the ceiling as dividers provides a magnificent relaxing area. Marble, granite, wood and Italian ceramic tiles cover all surfaces. The overall design and decoration has the ambience of a palace. 

Villa Efzin is fully equipped to meet the most demanding requirements. The living room is on the ground floor, along with a large fully equipped kitchen with fitted appliances, plus two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom.

On the first floor there is another living area / office, a gym, two more bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (one of which features Jacuzzi and a sauna cabin).

Still, outdoors is probably where you will be spending most of your time. Eight thousand square meters beautifully landscaped with lawns, rock gardens, trees and flowers, two swimming pools (one for children and one for adults) and a spacious wooden multi-purpose deck create a wonderful environment for relaxation and all sorts of activities. 

Last but not least, stoned paved pathways will take you to the sea in less than a minute!

Do notice that the 2 extra persons sleep in a double bed situated on the corridor on the second floor without any privacy.
